Locker Wrap System for Co-op Placements
Supervised the design of a Locker Wrap System for co-op placements to enable customers to easily discover co-op items during their visit to Amazon Campus Pickup points.
Customer Problem
For customers the only way to discover co-op products at Amazon Campus Pickup points was through Amazon app, which alone was not effective.
Business Goal
To bolster revenue stream from co-op program by displaying partner advertisements on lockers at Amazon Campus Pickup points.
Impact
Impact will be calculated and benchmarked against the projected revenue goal of $4M in 2018
(135% YoY growth).

Prior Art
We looked at the prior art for Locker wraps in which the products, services and messaging were taking 100% of the space.
Our Approach - A Locker Wrap System
We designed a scalable system that uses 20% to 40% of a Locker's surface and can display multiple products from different partners while still retaining customers' attention to any one of them.
Design Tenets
1. Minimize the impact on current customer and brand experience
2. Design for existing
locker dimensions
3. Provide flexibility to accomodate different types of creative content
4. Keep
in-house production impact low
Locker Wrap Area Configuration
We designed five Locker Wrap area configuration options using single Locker bays.
